What You’ll Do

COLLABORATE | “Every way, on every day, in every play, count on me”. As a PMB, you’ll work closely with members of your growth team and other members of CTC to create new ad concepts and ideate conversion-focused creative direction based on past account performance. EXECUTE | "Vision without execution is delusion. A famous quote by Thomas Edison, but a montra we have certainly adopted on the paid media team. As a PMB you'll be responsible for writing compelling direct-response advertising copy, building out campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager, and ensuring all strategic initiatives are built and launched according to strict timelines and agreed-upon budgets across multiple ad accounts. Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and data-driven decision making are all essential characteristics in becoming a best-in-class media buyer at CTC.

ADAPT | In an ever-changing digital marketing landscape, you’ll need to constantly adapt and evolve. As a PMB, you’ll combine data analysis and feedback from clients to develop strategic plans and tactical recommendations for targeting, messaging and optimizing campaigns to meet KPIs. PMBs continually tweak and optimize campaign creative, copy, audiences, and buying tactics to create the best possible outcomes for their clients. You’ll also conduct multivariate tests in order to determine the best performing creative and target audiences for your campaigns. You incessantly investigate account performance and are constantly adapting strategy based on statistical outcomes in your accounts.

What Success Looks Like

  • Success in your day to day looks like: having full awareness of your ad accounts’ performance and spend pacing, creating and executing a full-funnel ad account strategy, writing copy and building ads in a timely manner, and working with your team to ideate on creative concepts.
  • Success in your first 3 months looks like: feeling confident scaling and optimizing accounts, taking full ownership over your ad accounts, and being able to determine what success looks like for clients and what levers to pull to get there.
  • Success in your first 6 months looks like: ability to strategize holistically to apply learnings towards improving other acquisition channels, ideate new advertising campaigns based on past account best performing sales, and understand what is happening in accounts across the company as a whole and be able to apply these learnings to your own ad accounts.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus in Marketing or Business, or relevant experience, required | Expert knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics
  • Proven ability to plan, develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for eCommerce brands (Facebook Blueprint Certification, a huge plus)
  • An ability to manage large campaign budgets for brands generating up to $20 mil in yearly revenue | Data-driven with a consumer-first focus. You have a track record of using analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive growth for direct-to-consumer brands

What You’ll Do

ANALYZE | As PSB, you’ll build, grow, and optimize your client’s Google Accounts. You’ll launch and manage campaigns, keep a close eye on budgets and bidding strategies, and conduct frequent A/B testing to gather data. You’ll then proactively take measures that grow accounts, while focusing on client retention and ROAS.

COMMUNICATE | You’ll have two audiences competing for your attention, and you’ll be ultra-communicative with both. First come your clients. You’ll jump on weekly calls to discuss progress in accounts, as well as ways you’re winning. Second comes your team and other internal groups. These groups are going to want to know what strategies you’re deploying, and that you’re ensuring consistency throughout the entire customer journey.

GROW | You’ll have overall accountability for the management and growth of all of your clients’ AdWords accounts. You’ll leverage your natural ability to weigh risks and benefits, and take strategic measures to scale accounts whenever possible. You’ll also be in constant contact with clients regarding what’s working, and will work to increase spend in those areas that are killing it.

What Success Looks Like

  • Continuously meet revenue and ROAS target for up to 15 client projects
  • Quick and thoughtful execution of Google ads by writing compelling copy, error-free building of ads, and troubleshooting account performance
  • Establishing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with our clients by bringing valuable insights into meetings about ad performance, creative tests, and ideas for new marketing angles
  • Problem-solving your way to reach success in our client’s ad accounts by digging into the data and transforming that into actionable next steps

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Significant experience creating and optimizing multiple Google Ads account at scale (this is the #1 requirement for this job, and if you haven't done this, this isn't the position for you)
  • Confident interpersonal communicator and relationship builder, including the ability to hold people accountable and conduct difficult conversations
  • Expert knowledge of the following: Shopify, Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Website Optimization, SEM, Copywriting
  • Experience building, connecting, optimizing and troubleshooting data feeds in Google Merchant Center

What You’ll Do

ELEVATE | The advertising creative you produce will continue to set and then raise the bar for the quality standards here at CTC, dictated by key metrics. With the support of the Art Design Manager, you will focus on developing diverse creative that reflects the CTC core value to make ‘fascinating truths’. You use a variety of tools to create the quality clients expect from CTC, from After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Sketch. You never stop thinking outside the box of what you are capable of by relentlessly pursuing truly innovative concepts at all costs -- with curiosity and drive you hone new skills to further your craft. Through concise execution you pay attention to every detail, pixel, or frame, and keep planting your flag for both the quality and craft of the creative.

STREAMLINE | Process is an integral part in the success of your creative. This includes executing naming convention, file management, Adobe Creative Suite knowledge, Server protocol, and file packaging with the utmost care and detail. Multimedia Designers make everything move with speed and efficiency by utilizing and improving upon process. You understand your capabilities and can negotiate realistic and effective deadlines, and stick to your word and deliver.

COLLABORATE | As a Multimedia Designer you must collaborate with your Creative Strategist to come up with the most innovative and original creative possible (clients always come first). Communication is key. You will speak a shared design language and communicate clearly your design choices. We believe trust is built by being able to clearly back your aesthetic design choices to your strategist, and the client with clear persuasive language. We are #bettertogether.

What Success Looks Like

  • Day to day, the art designer is responsible for the execution of creative content across a multitude of mediums ranging from short-form social advertisements to landing page design and concepts.
  • Responsibilities include ideation and concepting, non-linear editing through Premiere and After Effects, and asset creation in Photoshop, E-commerce landing page design.
  • In the first three months, the Multimedia Designer will spend time getting associated with processes, familiarity of client brands and aesthetics, as well as creating short-form ads, manipulating assets, and designing ecommerce landing pages.
  • In the first six months, the Multimedia Designer will be adequately collaborating with teams on creative opportunities for clients, outsourcing creative tasks to freelancers/partners, raising the bar for creative quality at CTC, and thinking with a marketer's mindset to engage and entice customers to purchase.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • 3 - 5 years of production and editing experience.
  • Diverse technical skill in both Design and Editing.

What You’ll Do

BRIEF | Measure twice, cut once. Your dedication to detail and vision enable you to support or defend a position or idea in a clear, concise and persuasive manner. You will pitch concepts, write briefs and communicate to clients and your team with confidence. Your main job is to get people on board with big ideas. This means your clients, your team, and (especially) yourself. You’re the Peggy Olsen of your team, floating into pitch presentations and blowing clients away with the power, novelty, and strategic elegance of your creative concepts—after you’ve done the same with your team. You enable your Art Designer to seamlessly bring items in the brief to life.

BUDGET | You will be the bank vault that decides where all the pennies go, ensuring your client gets the most rad creative solutions each and every month. That means knowing how to allocate money for content creation, design, post purchase experiences, or guiding top of funnel ad creation to website UX (from click to smile). You know when to push, and when to pull.

THINK | When posed with a creative challenge, you use a combination of historical data, current ecommerce trends, & creative problem solving to develop winning strategies that impact your client's growth. From increasing CTR and average watch time on ads to planning omnichannel creative campaigns during acceleration opportunities, your day to day consists of developing metrics to test your concepts and reporting back to your team on their success.

What Success Looks Like

  • You strategically plan advertising campaigns and effectively communicate a clear hypothesis and objective to both your team and clients. Using Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Shopify, etc. you analyze historical performance and make recommendations about how new creative will improve future performance.
  • You clearly communicate to your Art Designer on how to successfully execute on the vision. While upholding your client’s design and creative standards, you will contribute to the overall growth of their business through creative execution.
  • Understand your client’s goals, the budget you have to work with, & what success looks like when making decisions.
  • Determine when there is a need for outside assistance, freelancers, copywriters, and production and allocate your resources accordingly.
  • You will lean into the “Spirit of CTC” to display a level of cultured care for your client to ensure they achieve their personal and financial dreams.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • B.A. in Advertising, Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Journalism or Relevant Work Experience. 2 to 5 years’ experience creating and executing big ideas at an agency (external or internal) focused on ecommerce brands.
  • Expert knowledge of using the Adobe Suite, Office 360, Keynote, Google Sheets/Excel, Asana or Related Project Managing Software, Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics/Ads.
  • Ability to translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies. Industry experience scoping production costs.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to support or defend a position or idea in a clear, concise and persuasive manner.

What You’ll Do

LEAD | Imitation is the biggest form of flattery - so they say. Well, let’s prove 'em right. As the CSM, you’ll set the tone of what it means to carry out exceptional customer service to our clients, lead by example so to speak. Our Growth Guides [strategists that oversee client success] will depend on you to help them pinpoint how they can “WOW” our clients, help them achieve their dreams and capitalize on the largest potential return on investment. CTC is in the business of building lifetime value (LTV) with our clientele, don’t you want a say in how we do that? This role is ready for your influence, so are our people and our clients!

COACH | Simply put, when our clients win, we win. And we love to win for our clients. As a CSM, you’ll work on deepening partnerships and building that LTV - it’s about that long term potential. What’s more, you get to turn some of the best parts of what it means to grow LTV with a client inwards, and build that with your direct reports. As a leader at CTC, you get to coach your team through success. For us, this means keeping it real on feedback and expectations. COLLABORATE | Essentially, we will leverage your marketing genius for use with our most important clients; you’ll be their outsourced CMO, building more CMO’s in your direct reports. You’ll work with your team to learn our client’s business and industry, to strategize ways to provide them with the most value our partnership as an agency has to offer. You’re going to take an insider look and deep dive into where our clients are in their business lifecycle. Then, through your direct reports, you’ll work closely with their leadership to consult on how to develop their marketing programs to produce scale and long-term sustainability. What Success Looks Like

  • Strategize retention campaign calendar and automation for email and SMS services, and effectively communicate a clear execution plan, internally and externally. Indirectly manage a Retention Production Specialist to ensure on time delivery of assets, best-in-class creative production, and pixel-perfect execution.
  • Work alongside clients and internal teams to execute retention services in an efficient and effective manner to improve our clients cash multiplier and profitability. Set up and manage a retention framework that includes testing, tracking, analyzing, implementing, and iterating on behalf of our clients.
  • Analyze historic performance and make recommendations about how to improve future performance using data from ESPs, Google Analytics, Shopify, etc.
  • Collaborate with production staff and designers to deliver high quality create assets that convert. Assist in the campaign QA process to ensure error-free deployment execution on behalf of our clients.

What You’ll Do

EXECUTE | You’re the technical whiz behind the scenes making it all happen. As the Retention Production Specialist, you are a hands-on resource to set up, QA, and deploy email and SMS campaigns for your clients. With guidance from the Retention Strategist, you code emails and build segments and automations to power highly personalized retention campaigns designed to drive customer loyalty and LTV for CTC clients.

COLLABORATE | You work closely with the Retention Strategist to manage the many moving parts of your clients’ retention programs, including providing briefs to email designers, routing creative for review and approval, and managing the campaign set-up and QA process to ensure a flawless execution and delightful customer experience.

MAXIMIZE | You understand not only your clients’ businesses, but know better than anyone the capabilities of their retention technology tools. Whether it’s setting up an email flow in the ESP, launching an SMS campaign, or investigating a deliverability issue, you know how to do it (or have the motivation to dive in and figure it out). What’s more, you work with your internal teams to ensure the functionality at your disposal (within an ESP or otherwise) is being utilized at the highest level for the best return.

What Success Looks Like

  • Support all elements of retention campaign execution, including email coding (raw HTML coding experience required), SMS message set up, email address/mobile number capture, segment creation, automation/workflow development, and quality assurance.
  • Draft creative briefs that enable designers to bring the vision for each campaign to life. Provide core project management support for the retention service offering, ensuring key milestones are met and strategic momentum is maintained.
  • Regularly pull and organize accurate reporting for key performance KPIs to enable the Retention Strategist to glean insights and make recommendations.

As the Recruiting Manager [RM], you’ll spearhead a marketing of sorts, attracting candidates on AND off the market [wink, wink] to CTC as an employer of choice. What You’ll Do

RETAIN | Ultimately, the success of ADmission comes down to retaining the members that we are bringing in every month. You will be a key player in improving that metric by way of member onboarding optimization, nurturing trials and new members , as well as increasing overall engagement within the community. You’ll accomplish this by making improvements to our current email flows, personally engage with members that are in active trial, owning the member milestone process, and following up with cancelling members to identify areas we can improve, or even retaining those cancelled members.

ENGAGE | Community can’t exist without conversation, and your day to day success in this role will anchor on your ability to connect with members on multiple levels. This will happen through direct messages with members in Slack, engaging with member questions and requests, compiling FAQ’s and training topic requests, and support via email. Being proactive in your engagement is key, so you’ll also take the initiative to reach out to members for progress check-ins, ask if they need to be connected to any resources or tools, & surprise and delight with gifts. All of this is essential to make their experience the best it possibly can be, while helping them move closer to achieving their dreams.

OPTIMIZE | You are responsible for helping take the tools, strategies, and processes that we use for our clients and brands at CTC and translating them into content that will grow hundreds of early-stage ecommerce brands within this community. Through supporting the ADmission team in the creation and publishing of new resources, trainings and webinars, you will be helping ADmission stay on the cutting edge of this industry. You will help hold this product to a high standard of consistency and excellence while keeping it true to our mission of helping entrepreneurs achieve their dreams.

What Success Looks Like

  • Improving and optimizing the Admission member experience, including member onboarding process, active member roster sheet, milestone setting and achievement, and 7-day trial email flow and member nurture flow.
  • Owning community engagement and member care, including daily Slack community engagement in public channels, daily support email response, and assist in weekly Member's-only newsletter.
  • Supporting in the creation, publishing, and promotion of community content.
  • Owning and executing day to day processes in order to create continuity and excellence within ADmission’s member community.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • 1-3 years experience in eCommerce growth, digital advertising and online community management in the digital product space (courses and membership programs).
  • General understanding of how digital product businesses work, and how the community component is essential to it’s long term success.
  • Experience navigating and answering questions as it relates to the Facebook Ads Manager platform. Proven ability to support, engage, and care for a growing online community.
  • Experience operating inside ConvertKit, Kajabi, Slack, Google Analytics, and Google Suite. Knowledge using online customer service tools and plugins (such as Typeform, Stripe, Zapier, Vimeo, YouTube), a plus.
  • Experience planning, developing, and executing paid advertising campaigns for eCommerce brands, a plus.
  • Must have a unique combination of humility (willing to do the dirty work) and ambition (vision for what your future holds). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail. Ability to complete short-term and long-term goals in a proper manner.
  • An insatiable curiosity, and an inability to leave a problem alone until you’ve found one or many different potential solutions. A desire to take risks - but only after carefully examining the calculus and determining that your chosen course of action is most effective.
