They are also the voice for the PSoB’s as they communicate with executive management on the challenges and opportunities that they see within the PSoB’s ecosystem.
  • The PSoM brings learnings to the entire company and is the leader in paid social strategy. The PSoM is a public voice that not only shares learnings with the company but with other relevant communities helping maintain CTCs position as a thought leader. As the Talent Scout [TS], you’ll spearhead the marketing, attracting and sourcing of best fit candidates on AND off the market. For this to happen, you’ll dive into learning our “how” and what it means to be a dream entrepreneur at CTC. But it doesn’t stop there, since CTC is different in how we do what we do, we know diversity is the key to keeping that going. It’s top priority that the demographics within CTC represent the world outside of CTC. If this excites you as our TS, we’re excited to partner with you on hiring the most talented, interested, and effortful talent across all races, ethnicities and orientations.

It all starts with communication. • Executing is key. Being able to listen to the Strategist ideas and create finalized assets that fit the brief description given. Hard drive management/Making sure that all raw media is backed up on hard drives/ local storage hardware (HDDs) disks, and recorded in google sheets.
  • Information is neatly kept in box.com. From the pitch deck to raw exports, you have all of the information that is easily accessible to the producers and strategists.
  • You have created videos that satisfies the client and the team. Well versed across many different editing styles, the video creative the team presents to the client should be unique, on brand, and high quality that not only wows the teams but also the client.
  • You have constantly been in contact with the producers to make sure that all the information you have received is correctly stored and up to date (including brand assets, project files, music for edits, ect.).
