When we extend an offer internationally, our guiding commitment is simple: compensation that reflects the work you do at a global standard — not what your local market happens to pay.
In most offers we extend, that means compensation at least $10,000 USD per year above your current total comp — and in many cases, closer to double. Every number is reviewed with you and finalized in the written offer before any acceptance. No moving targets, no surprises.
The logic: the best operators are often under-compensated in markets where local salaries don't reflect global output. We'd rather pay the best operator fairly — wherever they are — than settle for a less-qualified hire nearby.
